Front Desk
The Kenwood front desk is attended 24-hours a day by a polite, welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. The front desk will receive packages, welcome visitors, monitor security at entrances, and answer general questions. All visitors to The Kenwood are required to check in with the front desk in order to utilize visitor parking.
Fitness Center
The Kenwood’s Fitness Center is open to residents daily from 6am to 10pm and includes a full complement of modern equipment, including treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, free weights, and weight machines. The Fitness Center includes restrooms with showers.
Pool
The Kenwood pool is a great way to spend summer days! Pool hours are 11:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. daily between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Our heated pool is surrounded by abundant seating and beautiful landscaping and is supervised by lifeguards during all open hours.
Promenade
Outdoor space is abundant on The Kenwood’s promenade. This beautifully landscaped area includes a walking path, picnic areas with umbrellas, gas grills available for use, and plenty of benches and seating areas.
Kenwood Room
Located on the second floor, the Kenwood Room is available for rent by residents for both large and small get togethers. The room includes a big screen television, plenty of table seating and standing room, bathrooms, and a kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, and sink. The Kenwood Room is also the location of all Condo Association meetings and various social activities coordinated for Kenwood residents.
Laundry Rooms
Each floor of The Kenwood has its own laundry room with two washers and two dryers. Each room also has a folding table and community announcement board. Machines utilize a card payment system for added convenience. Washers and dryers are not allowed in individual units.
