The Kenwood Condominium welcomes owner and resident participation in the Board of Directors, as well as through standing and ad hoc committees. Current committees include:
Kenwood Community Affairs Committee
To attend, participate in and report back on civic and neighborhood associations, and Montgomery County agency and council meetings which impact our neighborhood.
Kenwood Social Activities Committee
To plan and organize various social events for residents of all ages throughout the year such as the pool party, Easter egg hunt, Halloween party and annual holiday party, as well as movies and other activities.
Kenwood Website Committee
To work with the Board to develop and maintain a high quality website for The Kenwood that enhances our building’s visibility and stature as a great place to buy into and in which to live.
Kenwood Welcoming Committee
To work with the General Manager to welcome new residents to the building and to provide them with the information they need to be good and happy neighbors.
Kenwood Interior Reconditioning Committee
To work with the management and Board to propose new hallway carpeting and crown molding to maintain professional and aesthetic appearance of the building.
